They have strived to maintain the basic values and construction principles the previous generation ingrained in them.
A large part of our growth resulted from our internal process development. Our processes and procedures instill a level of thoroughness on a project’s front end that helps to mitigate issues as the project evolves. Our youthful, energetic office team pushes the envelope with today’s technology. We provide clients with project documentation and updates so we can remain transparent throughout the entire process. My primary role at Stuart & Company is overseeing the operations side of the business. I was drawn to the construction industry because I enjoy completing tasks that show visible progress. In college, I accepted an offer to work at Stuart during the start-up stage, and it has been a life-changing experience. The two things I enjoy most about my job are the variety of people I engage with daily and solving problems. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and coaching my two sons’ sports teams.

My primary role at Stuart & Company is implementing business processes and overseeing the pre-construction side of the business. From a young age, I was always interested in building things-from playing with Legos and Lincoln Logs to building tree houses and deer stands. A few of my friends went into Construction Management and told me good things about the program, which furthered my interest in the industry. The aspect I enjoy most about my job is the constant changes that come with new challenges. I also enjoy talking with and working with the different stakeholders of a project. Outside the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, coaching my kids in sports, watching LSU sports, and spending time at the hunting camp.
