FACILITY INSPECTIONS

Stuart Facilities technicians visit customer locations and use an inspection checklist to inspect for non-standard wear and tear on the facility. Our technicians document any issues requiring attention, address the issues with appropriate work order, and follow-up.

REACTIVE (ON-DEMAND) WORK ORDERS

Stuart Facilities will handle any unscheduled issues in line with the customer service level agreement. These issues will then be resolved by either our vendors or Stuart Facilities technicians.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE WORK ORDERS

During the Preventive Maintenance visit, our technician will work on minor facility repairs and items requested by your company.

RECEIVE ALL FACILITY WORK ORDERS

We are available 24/7 to receive work requests via email or phone. Once received, we will use our Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) to assign each request to the appropriate team member.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE VISITS

Our Stuart Facilities Client Service Center (Help Desk) will prepare and assign all scheduled visits through our CMMS Work Order system.

FOLLOW-UP

The Help Desk will monitor all work orders and follow through to completion.

REPORTING

We will compile, update, maintain, and provide monthly cost recaps of all information per location.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

The Stuart Facilities Client Manager will develop and implement Customer Preventive Maintenance Programs, inclusive of HVAC, roofing, mechanical, lighting, site, etc.

VENDOR MANAGEMENT

Our Client Manager will collaborate with vendors to review, update, and oversee current contracts. They will also prepare annual customer performance reports, detailing the performance of each contract.

CAPITAL BUDGETING

In conjunction with customer administration, the Client Manager will develop and maintain a capital expenditure program for each customer location.

SMALL PROJECTS

Small projects are overseen by our client manager from start to finish, including preparation, pricing, and management, ensuring each project is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
