FACILITY INSPECTIONS

Stuart Facilities technicians will visit customer locations and use an inspection checklist to inspect for non-standard wear and tear on the facility. Our technicians will document any issues requiring attention, will address the issues with appropriate work order and follow-up.

REACTIVE (ON-DEMAND) WORK ORDERS

Stuart Facilities will address unscheduled issues according to the customer service level agreement. Then, vendors or Stuart Facilities technicians will resolve these items.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE WORK ORDERS

During the Preventive Maintenance visit, the technician will work on minor facility repairs and those items requested by your company.

RECEIVE ALL FACILITY WORK ORDERS

We are available 24/7 to receive all work requests by email or telephone. Then, through our Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS), we will assign all requests to the appropriate person.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE VISITS

Our Stuart Facilities Client Service Center (Help Desk) will prepare and assign all scheduled visits through our CMMS Work Order system.

FOLLOW-UP

The Help Desk will monitor all work orders and follow through to completion

REPORTING

We will compile, update, maintain, and provide monthly cost recaps of all information per location.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

The Stuart Facilities Client Manager will develop and implement Customer Preventive Maintenance Programs, inclusive of HVAC, roofing, mechanical, lighting, site, etc.

VENDOR MANAGEMENT

The Client Manager will interact with vendors by reviewing, revising, and monitoring current contracts. The Client Manager will then prepare annual reports for the customer with respect to the performance of individual contracts.

CAPITAL BUDGETING

In conjunction with customer administration, the Client Manager will develop and maintain a capital expenditure program for each customer location.

SMALL PROJECTS

Our Client Manager will prepare, price, and manage small projects.
