The St. Joseph Hospice Carpenter House project was completed in December 2015. The building is a 18,100 SF inpatient hospice care center designed and built with the goal of “making every day a good day for those patients and families facing a terminal illness … providing physical and spiritual assistance.”
The Carpenter House sits on a beautiful one and a half acre site in Lafayette, Louisiana and includes 16 inpatient care rooms with full service medical gas, two full service nurses’ stations, a kitchen, café, counsel rooms, chapel and administration space. The project was built with a $4.3 million budget and was completed in 11 months.
