The Ochsner Plaza II 4th Floor MOHS Clinic renovation consists of approximately 9,650 SF of office space on the 4th floor of Ochsner Baton Rouge – Physicians Plaza II building. The renovation created a new clinic space for Ochsner’s innovative treatment using MOHS micrographic surgery for skin cancers. The scope of work prioritized new walls, doors, flooring, and ceilings throughout the space. Finishes included painted gypsum board, acoustical ceiling tile, resilient tile flooring, and new millwork throughout.
