Heritage Crossing Site K & L were both shell space buildouts for tenants. At 10,500 SF each, the sites are now home to retailers such as Chicken Salad Chick and Jersey Mike’s Subs. The pre-engineered metal buildings were designed to fit the surrounding Heritage Crossing development’s aesthetic.
