Completed in January 2013, the Fairwood Branch Library is a 16,000 SF building built with a smooth CMU exterior veneer. The interior is designed to provide meeting rooms, private study rooms, and a children’s area. The library has an outdoor patio overlooking the pond that creates a unique space.
