Express Bowl was a 1,300 SF build-out of an existing shell space. The 60-day duration contract created a demanding schedule for the project team. The interior area includes a walk-in cooler, seating area, and full-service kitchen featuring a large, hibachi-style grill for traditional Japanese food offerings on the go.
