The Ethan Allen Furniture project was a renovation of the old Young Fashions school uniform building on Perkins Road. Completed in March 2013, this renovation consisted of a roof repair and entire front façade upgrades of the existing building. The interior was completely gutted with the addition of restrooms, an office area, and a showroom floor.
