The Brusly Police Headquarters is of a state-of-the-art 5,800 SF building. The headquarters building includes holding cells, interview rooms, a secure sally port, a fitness room, a locker room, a kitchen, and office space. The headquarters also houses the emergency operations center for the town.
The building is constructed of structural steel framing and load-bearing CMU block walls. The exterior veneer is composed of aluminum curtain walls, decorative ground faced CMU block, zinc wall panels, aluminum composite wall panels, and terra cotta baguettes. The project also included a 2,700 SF CMU block annex building clad with zinc panels and a decorative ground face CMU block along with a 4,250 SF pre-engineered metal maintenance building.
